Units and open storage can be let on Tenancies at Will provide the ultimate flexibility, easy in/easy out.

Alternatively, traditional leases of up to 5 years will be considered.

Rents are charged monthly and are inclusive of estate services and 24 hour security.

Tenants are responsible for Business Rates. Tenants are responsible for unit repairs subject to an agreed schedule of condition.
